Run Flique
on your campus.
Flique is the social app for everything you watch. We’re looking for students who already run the group chat that can never decide what to watch — and want a real hand in building the app that fixes it.

Three steps, one semester.

Apply
Two minutes. Your school, your socials, and the one title you push on everyone. No ambassador or startup experience needed — we care that you're the person your friends ask what to watch.
Takes ~2 min - 02
Meet the founders
If it's a fit, we get on a call, set your goals together, and hand you the playbook — assets, invite links, and event ideas that already work on other campuses.
Within a week of applying - 03
Run it on campus
Bring Flique to your club, your group chat, your floor. Host a movie night, curate a playlist people actually use, tell us what's landing and what isn't. We adjust the product around what you find.
One semester, ~2–3 hrs/month
Grow Flique on campus.
Introduce Flique to your people
Friends, classmates, your film society, the group chat that can never pick anything. No download quotas — we set monthly goals together.
Use the app like it's yours
Log what you watch, build playlists, start discussions, run Movie Nights. The ambassadors who get the most out of this are the ones actually in the app.
Meet us once a month
A standing call with the founders. You bring campus insight and product feedback; we bring what's shipping next and why.
Put on something real
Help organize or promote the occasional Flique event on your campus — a screening, a movie night, a launch party. We'll build the programming around your school with you.
Tell us the truth
Which outreach actually worked, which features students shrugged at. Honest signal is the single most valuable thing you can hand an early-stage team.
What you get.
- 01
A real say in the product
Direct access to the founders and a genuine hand in shaping an early-stage app. Your feedback ships — and you'll see it ship.
- 02
Startup experience that counts
Hands-on work in product development, community building, and growth. The kind of thing that reads well in an interview because you actually did it.
- 03
A badge and a following
An ambassador badge and recognition in the app, plus the surfaces to curate recs, build a following as a tastemaker, and showcase your own creative work.
- 04
Into the room
Invitations to Flique events, and the chance to help build the programming for your own campus.
- 05
A credential and a reference
A résumé line from day one — and for ambassadors who show up consistently, a personalized recommendation from the founders.
Before you apply.
How much time does this actually take?
One semester, roughly 2–3 hours a month. That includes one call with the founders. It's designed to sit alongside a full course load, not compete with it.
Is it paid?
Not in cash. What you get is direct access to the founders, real startup experience, an in-app ambassador badge, invitations to Flique events, a résumé credential, and — for ambassadors who participate consistently — a personalized recommendation letter from the founders.
Are there download quotas or posting requirements?
No fixed number of downloads or posts. We set clear monthly goals collaboratively at the start, based on what's realistic for your campus and your schedule.
Do I need previous ambassador or startup experience?
None. Most of our ambassadors are doing this for the first time. Enthusiasm about what you watch and a real community to bring it to matter far more than a résumé line you don't have yet.
What if someone at my school already applied?
Apply anyway. We'd rather have a small team on one campus than one person spread across many — a movie night is more fun when you're not the only one organizing it.
Tell us who you are.
Takes about two minutes. We read every application personally — expect a reply within a week.
Not a student? We also work with creators, film clubs, festivals, and theaters — get in touch.
