The Grid Unplugged

Executive produced by Ed Begley Jr., this timely documentary from filmmaker Rick Cutter investigates what happens when the grid that powers everything starts to fail and AI data centers put additional strain on power grids worldwide. Using California's devastating wildfires as a gateway to a larger global story, Cutter speaks with leading energy experts, innovators, and policymakers about the urgent challenge of modernizing the infrastructure that powers our lives. THE GRID UNPLUGGED balances alarming risks with promising solutions, in the hopes that humanity can build a more resilient and sustainable energy future faster than we are destroying it.
