All time favourite as a child. Before animation became what it is today. The stampede scene stuck with me for life. I had the Timone & Pumba spin off, the SNES game and for my 40th birthday I was taken to London to see the live production. The goosebumps I have just typing this out says it all.
Adventure epic, coming of age, animation,

I forgot about the interactions between Mufasa and Scar in the beginning of the film. Hilarious!
